Michelle and her team provided such a great experience when they came to my home for a termite inspection. Our house has been very neglected, and I was a little embarrassed that it might be too difficult to properly assess. However, Michelle didn’t hesitate, she pushed through overgrown plants and moved items aside to ensure the job was done thoroughly. She squeezed me in late in the afternoon to have a quick assessment, but once termites were discovered she immediately took the time to treat them. It was obvious she has extensive knowledge, her explanation was clear and thorough, and she gave me plenty of practical advice to help us properly address the issue.
