Michelle and her team provided such a great experience when they came to my home for a termite inspection. Our house has been very neglected, and I was a little embarrassed that it might be too difficult to properly assess. However, Michelle didn’t hesitate, she pushed through overgrown plants and moved items aside to ensure the job was done thoroughly. She squeezed me in late in the afternoon to have a quick assessment, but once termites were discovered she immediately took the time to treat them. It was obvious she has extensive knowledge, her explanation was clear and thorough, and she gave me plenty of practical advice to help us properly address the issue. Above all, her demeanour felt trustworthy. She listened, showed genuine empathy for my situation, and also had a no-nonsense, “let’s get the job done right” attitude. A fantastic small local business to support.

Michelle was on time, very friendly, and explained everything she was going to do, which was great to know. Cost was very fair too. I'll be using Lethal pest control again. ☺️
