So glad I called Mug A Bug.There seemed to be a sudden invasion of the critters in and around the house which was really unsettling. When I called Nick and explained my situation he sent Kent over the very next day to treat the house which I am really grateful for. Kent arrived on the dot. His friendliness knowledge experience and skill put me at ease right away and I knew we were in good hands. He was very patient and accomodating with my requests. Highly recommend Mug A Bug. Thank you Nick and Kent!

The customer service and work quality provided by Mug-A-Bug are far beyond anything we’ve experienced with other pest control companies. Nick and the entire team are absolutely phenomenal. They go above and beyond, ensuring that every step of the process is thorough, caring, and respectful. Not only are they professional, but they also take the time to explain everything in detail and ensure we fully understand the service they’re providing. We’ve been using pest control services for over 10 years, and in all that time, we’ve never had a company that we could truly trust and rely on—until now. Mug-A-Bug is a game-changer. They provide a comprehensive report after each visit, making sure we are completely informed about what’s going on and what steps have been taken to keep our home pest-free. We’ve never had that level of transparency before. The peace of mind we now have, knowing we have a company that genuinely cares about the quality of their work and their customers’ satisfaction, is priceless. We are confident that with Mug-A-Bug, our home is in safe hands. We highly recommend Mug-A-Bug to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and exceptional pest control services. You won’t regret it!
