Craig conducted our building and pest inspection. He encouraged us to attend his inspection which we found extremely helpful. Craig explained everything he did and why. He conducted himself in a very professional manner. The inspection was methodical, meticulous, and thorough. Issues were pointed out to us as he found them and he gave us assessments and advice in a way that was not dramatised nor understated. He also highlighted positive aspects to those areas that warranted mentioning. This gave us the confidence to progress the purchase in a measured controlled way. He provided a, same day comprehensive, written report and was happy to answer our questions. Craig was very helpful post his inspection, providing sound advice to ensure we new what right looked like when it came to some fixes we required before completing the purchase. Craig was recommended to us by a friend who used his service and I have no hesitation is recommending him to anyone. Thanks Craig

We recently purchased a new home, while searching for an inspector, we came across Craig. With nearly 600 five-star reviews, I thought — he must be really good. But I was also genuinely curious: how does someone earn 600 perfect ratings? After watching him work yesterday, I completely understand. Craig clearly has real passion for what he does. He arrived early, was focused and meticulous, and it was obvious he had already familiarised himself with the overall condition of the property before even starting. Throughout the inspection, he communicated with us in clear, straightforward language, making sure we understood everything without feeling overwhelmed. The entire process felt reassuring and professional from start to finish. Six hundred five-star reviews no longer seem surprising — they’re well deserved. Respect.

We had a great experience with Craig from Auspect for our Pre-Sale Building and Pest Inspection. He was friendly, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and made the whole process simple and stress-free. The inspection was thorough—Craig checked everything and explained it all clearly, so we actually understood what was happening. He was patient with our questions and gave advice that was easy to follow. The report came through quickly and was straightforward and easy to read, which gave us peace of mind about our decision. If you’re after someone reliable and honest who really cares, we cannot recommend Craig highly enough.
