Just a big shout out to Corey and Harley for their recent service and ongoing pest management of our home on the Gold Coast. Unfortunately we’ve only recently acquired the home and discovered a rodent problem. I first tried to treat the problem on my own and unfortunately one of the rodents died in the roof cavity. Corey went to extraordinary lengths to locate the carcass and extract it, many attempts by him to find it to help us. We are so grateful for his knowledge about behaviour and nesting such that he could find the deceased animal amongst the insulation. He has many tools to help him locate, heat detection, cameras, all kinds of things. Since then Corey has done more thorough treatment external to the property as well on the boundary to address them before they enter the home and does a period follow up to check bait stations and replenish baits. The problem is being solved, I’ve found more evidence of that externally. Fabulous service I must say and it’s great to hear from Haley occasionally in follow up just to see how we’re going. I can’t recommend them more highly for all that they’ve done, in fact I did refer them to my family and my son in law for his business, his commercial premises and his clients.

I have very happy with the pest control service Lachlan and Corey had done for me. They are serious about their work , responsible and well mannered. Really great professional, thorough and caring service from Corey and Haley! I’ve used their service for many years now and will be rebooking with them again next year. Once my place is treated, there are no bugs and nasties to be seen. Corey even took care to make sure my pet was safe through the process. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Booking in is simple and easy, Haley was so nice and responsive which is a huge tick in my book. Corey arrived on time and I got a text 10 mins before letting me know he was on his way. It can be a little uneasy for me having strangers come to my house because I have 2 daughters but Corey is just a really friendly genuine dude. I will definitely be using them from now on.
