Greg has performed two building and pest inspections on two properties I was to buy. His thorough job on one particular property allowed me to dodge a massive bullet, if I was to buy it. Best money I ever spent.

Greg is the only person I'd trust with a build and pest inspection in all of Brisbane. He's extremely thorough and will take the time to explain what the issues are and recommendations as well. Reports have great detail and extremely prompt. Over the last decade or so my family have bought houses, and Greg has saved us from issues with subsidence, retaining walls falling apart and cover ups, poor workmanship during build time etc that would have cost us tens of thousands of dollars to fix. Long story short, all our houses have been fine for almost a decade now. Highly recommend Greg and we will not buy a house unless it has his tick of approval!
