We've had Denis look after our pest control needs for well over a decade now. He's such a professional and so thorough - always happy to go the extra mile for us too. Whenever a neighbour has a different pest control company pull up outside I always wonder "Why on earth didn't they just call Denis?!" :)

Denis is absolutely fantastic! He is extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. From the initial booking to the inspection and treatment, everything was seamless. His report was detailed and easy to understand, giving me a clear picture of the pest situation. On the day, he took his time to inspect every corner, including a thorough termite inspection, and explained his findings and recommendations in a way that made sense. The pest treatment was done with great care, and I appreciate the extra tips he provided to maintain the protection. Denis is clearly very experienced and passionate about his work, and it shows in the quality of service he provides. We have been using Denis for our home pest control for over a decade. On our most recent inspection, Denis was suprised to find out that the babies were now 14 and 12 years old! If I'm not home, I leave the key out for him. Denis is trustworthy, professional, friendly and reliable. I have recommended him to my neighbors and friends over the years. He is thorough and always discusses his findings once he has finished. Best of all, I don't need to wash the plates, cutlery etc afterwards. It's all safe without any smell whatsoever. We just used Denis for the first time. He came recommended from the community when I put out a Facebook message asking for recommendations. I got a number of recommendations in return and made the decision on RDS. I received a text reminder the evening before (it was busy season and I'd booked a couple of weeks in advance). Denis was right on time and was both knowledgeable and personable through the treatment. I was working from home at the time, and it was really unobtrusive. Highly recommended, and book in advance as I think RDS will always be in high demand. If you need a pleasant contractor who does a great job and is on time, just book.
