Tracy from Hibbetts is an absolute star. The information for termite prevention that Tracy has provided to us over the years is invaluable. We have used Hibbetts in the past and have no hesitation in recommending them. By far the best termite, pest and building inspections we have used over the years. We just engaged Hibbett’s to inspect our property and to ‘refresh’ the termite barrier that they placed around our house some years ago. Not only are they extremely professional, but they are also very courteous and considerate when working around a property, endeavouring to do the job as quietly as possible, with minimal disruption to our household routine. I can highly recommend Liam and his crew. Great job!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Their customer service is out of this world. They went above and beyond to carry out a termite inspection same day despite being booked out. A big shout out to Liam who has given us great advice, and even came out for a check two weeks after treatment to ensure everything looked good. We will continue to use these guys going forward for annual pest treatments and recommend them to all our family and friends.

Just had Hibbett’s do our Unit, inside and exterior Termguard, one of 116 units and must say the most professional, courteous and helpful group of people I have met. They went out of their way to accommodate everyone’s needs, Tracey even explaining the aTermguard process. I would recommend Hibbett’s to everyone and you would not be disappointed.

We had Hibbett’s pest control (Brian, Liam and Chris) inspect our property and then return to top up/refresh the termite barrier that they had installed at our place a few years ago. The first point of contact was the receptionist Ashley. Completely professional & friendly and answered all my questions regarding sounds we were hearing in our roof. Ashley's explanations were thorough and got me connected to one of the technicians that same day. Liam came within a few hours, checked our roof and confirmed the rodents. He too was very professional, answered all my questions and even cleaned the roof upon request. I'd highly recommend this team. You won't be disappointed with the service!
