We had a great experience with Action Lock Service. They were quick to respond to my initial quote request, and their communication throughout the process was clear and efficient. The work was carried out to a high standard—everything was done neatly and professionally. They were also very tidy while working, which we really appreciated. The technician took the time to clearly explain how to use the new deadbolt, which was super helpful. Would recommend their services!

Friendly and efficient, came back to fix a lock that had started to have troubles locking after a few weeks and came out the same day I rang to tell them. Very efficient. Definitely recommend

Not all superheros wear capes! I regret I can only give Floyd 5 stars. Sunday morning, a snapped key and no way to secure the premises. A call to Action was answered by Floyd, who checked out the pics, reassured me it as a simple job - quoted on the spot, gave me an ETA, turned up early, nailed it and then vanished off to his next rescue. :-) Pricing was great, Service and timing was great, but ultimately it was the "Dont sweat this - Ive got your back" attitude that was my favorite part. I have to say it turned a bad morning into a much better day. The only way these guys could have been any better was if they had a coffee machine in the back of the van as well!
