I recently moved into an art studio complex in an old high-security office building, where no keys were supplied for any of the studio doors. I took part of the door hardware in to see if I could get the cylinder replaced, and SAS Locksmiths gave me a new part to try, but it didn’t work when I got it back to the office and installed it. The next day, I brought in more of what turned out to be a somewhat specific and obscure lock system, and they were able to replace the cylinder with a new cam and fix it on the spot for me. I have been to SAS Locksmiths a few times now over the years, and they have always been very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend their services.

Installed a digital lock on my flat, Chris was very responsive on email, gave me great explanation. Took a long time for the lock to came, but was worth it! Install was quick, Marco did a good job! Anyways recommended!

Really prompt service. I make a habit of locking my keys inside my house every few months and they always get me back in, no matter the hour. Even waved the cancelation fee after I found my keys (Shout out to James!)
