He was extremely polite and tolerant of constant interuptions by our patients. His attention to detail is something seldom seen now days, ensuring the whole job was completed in a timely and tidy manner. I highly recommend this company. They arrived on time and Connor was totally professional. When first I rang them, I was quoted a price but, because he said that he was not here as long as expected, I was charged a lesser amount. Completely unexpected and, may I say unusual. Two of our locks needed to be replaced and after replacement, the residue was vaccuumed up by Connor. As I said, I highly recommend this company both for honesty and superb workmanship. First of all, Swan Locks have a very useful and explanatory website. When I contacted them they were helpful and organised, it was easy to agree on a time and date to have a new electronic lock installed. Lachlan arrived on time and installed the lock very efficiently. He explained everything I needed to know about using it and helped me set it up on my phone. He even brought in his vacuum to tidy up the small amount of shavings on the floor. Great job. I would definitely recommend Swan Locks!

Connor has installed a couple of door locks for us and the service is exceptional. We were so happy with the first installation that we organised the second! We didn’t really know what we wanted and Connor suggested an option that is perfect for everything we need. Phone access, remote access and local access!
