We had a problem with a lock in one of our doors. We called them and a short time later they came, assessed the problem, which was caused by a broken part that was not so easy to get. They fixed the problem temporarily, obtained the part and within a few days came and put in the part and fixed the problem. We were very impressed with their efficiency, punctuality and quality of their work, so we can fully recommend them.

Contacted Westlock by call and answered straight away and requested me to send on some pictures to their email. I sent late at night and by the following afternoon Nadine got back to me to get me all sorted out. Great Stuff. Would Recommend
