We had a problem with a lock in one of our doors. We called them and a short time later they came, assessed the problem, which was caused by a broken part that was not so easy to get. They fixed the problem temporarily, obtained the part and within a few days came and put in the part and fixed the problem. We were very impressed with their efficiency, punctuality and quality of their work, so we can fully recommend them.

Repeat client after nearly 10 years since I first used WestLock Security. Family owned business. Excellent communication via phone and email. Craig and Nadine worked tirelessly to come up with a solution to suit the brief. Trusted their informative recommendations. Two day marathon with a few challenges to work through but I was impressed at how they systematically got everything done. High quality workmanship throughout and everything working perfectly. Many thanks and will recommend to friends and colleagues.
