Read moreGlenn responded very quickly to my enquiry. A clearly laid out quote arrived shortly after and a date was set for my installation. Joe, Ryan and Zac turned up on time and Joe walked me through the entire installation to make sure everything was correct and he fine tuned the position of the cameras to take advantage of their increased capability. Ryan and Zac got to work and everything went perfectly. They were polite, tidied up after themselves and went out of their way to make sure I understood what was happening. A minor change of requirement was dealt with the next day and I now have a security and warning system that is much, much better than I anticipated. I have had this type of work arranged a couple of times but Northtech was easily the most professional and easiest company to deal with – I would definitely recommend.

They came when they said, Joe accurately quoted the job and did the work. I was so impressed I had them come back and install a second intercom tying in with the existing one and change my door locks and fit a door closer. On a full renovation you deal with so many people and these guys were a simply fantastic. Thank you Joe, Glen and the team.
