Yanni has been extremely helpful and professional. I called and she arrived within 30minutes. Very transparent and honest. She fulfilled the job within an hour or so. Although she had a busy day she managed to squeeze me in before Christmas. Very happy with the results. She’s even organised my keys to be remote as well which I’m very happy with. Highly recommend Yanni if you want a prompt, clean professional service. 5 stars. Thank you. :)

Yanni is the best!! Highly recommend! She came out late to us on a Friday just to fit us in, and even when she saw our destroyed car key she fixed it up perfectly, and the price was sooooo reasonable!...

Yanni is the best!! Highly recommend! She came out late to us on a Friday just to fit us in, and even when she saw our destroyed car key she fixed it up perfectly, and the price was sooooo reasonable! Yanni also befriended our cat, Luna, in the process 🐈 which is maybe the highest praise I can give. Great experience, thank you Yanni!

I cannot recommend Victoria Autokeys enough. I was in a really stressful situation where my key got stuck in the ignition and my car was left running for hours, and Yanni came out the same day I called, later in the afternoon, at very short notice. She was incredibly professional, calm, and knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and replaced my ignition barrel and cut/programmed a spare key on the spot. The service was completely mobile — she came all the way to me — and by the end, my car was starting and driving perfectly normally again. What really stood out was the amazing customer service. Yanni was kind, reassuring, efficient, and the price was extremely reasonable, with a discount applied as well, which I truly appreciated given the situation. If you’re stuck, stressed, or dealing with ignition or key issues, Victoria Autokeys is absolutely the company to call. Fast, honest, skilled, and genuinely caring service. Thank you so much!

I can't recommend Victoria Autokeys highly enough. Yanni's skills, dedication, technical knowledge, and customer service were a light in the dark. Her manner put me at ease, and was a stark contrast to some other locksmiths who'd tried/not tried and failed to help me get into my car late at night in a remote car park. Victoria Autokeys work hard to do a good job and don't leave you feeling ripped off in a niche market. Thank you so much - sanity and car access regained :)
