  I don’t ever write reviews. Tom was INCREDIBLE. My boyfriend and I nearly got scammed by another provider. He was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Reasonable price provided up front!

  Very hard to describe the experience online but I will try 1: Walked into the Tullamarine branch and was directed to the Moonee ponds branch 2: Made my way to the Moonee Ponds branch spoke to Tom About my problem. 3: After telling Tom my urgency,Tom drop everything to help me. 4: After an hour of painstaking and meticulous work he finally found the type of key (directional drill from America ) 5: After spending an 1 and 20 min in the waiting room room he tried to only charge me $32.50 (Gave him $50 )😀 6: To Tom and the staff your knowledge and experience was second to none even with all the interruptions 7: THANK YOU 8: Any more problems I’ll be back

Absolutely superb, came out after hours and worked tirelessly to get us back into our house with a very reasonable quote and honest, transparent service. Tom is a true professional and clearly specialised in what he does. Bonus points for the top tier stories and banter, Tom was kind and funny throughout it all.   Tom was absolutely AMAZING. He was recommended to me by my neighbours who have been clients of his for 20+ years. He came to my house at such short notice, after his regular working hours to change all my locks. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend him enough!
