John Barnes Locksmith is genuinely one of the best companies we’ve ever worked with. The team is people-first, the pricing is very reasonable and the service was exceptional. We had a full EMS grey key meltdown and they were on site within 30 minutes at 10pm after hours. Literally life savers. All three tradies who helped us were amazing, which really reflects the culture of the business and the community they’ve built. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and that’s rare. Grateful and thankful for getting our lock sorted and helping us feel safe again. Really appreciate you.

Thank you Ashlea & the team at JohnBarnes Locksmiths Melbourne, for doing such a great job fixing our door and replacing the lock, we are so happy with the end result saving a costly price for a door replacement. Car keys, wireless car keys, all types of locks, old new etc nothing surprised them ..... So far they coped with all my lock, barrell, key changes, fly wire door retro fitting etc.... And for car keys I'd go to them.

Eddie was great in recommending the best product to suit our needs, and Phil who installed the lock had excellent workmanship and took the extra time to help me get the app set up and ensure I was comfortable using the new lock.
