I work for an NGO with offices in Ipswich and Toowoomba and have used Bloom Locksmiths for both offices. I have requested three callouts in the last few months, the most recent being for the Toowoomba office which David was more than happy to oblige with exorbitant travel fees. Everytime service has been 10 out of 10. Fast, reliable, excellent communication, well priced and exceedingly professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Bloom Locksmiths and will continue to use them in the future.

Exceeding, 10/10 would reccomend!! No competition.Thankyou David Bloom locksmith for saving the day, much appreciated for the professional response time to my dear darling paws that can apparently lock a bathroom door from the inside.. Your response time was handled gracefully given my panic with kids about. By the by, your after-care is best in the business 👏 the unexpected follow up letter, down to the personalisation of the envelope. Even happier to have connected to your service now knowing more about your community involvement & personal adventures on your facebook pages. Thanking you for your commitment in providing an excellent service and will be our first call!

I had an urgent front door issue with a rental property, and Beau and the team at Bloom Locksmiths were incredibly responsive. Beau called to confirm an approximate arrival time and promptly attended to the issue. He provided a temporary fix until a new door lock could be ordered and fitted the next day. The installation has now been finalised, and my property and tenants are safe and sound again. Bloom Locksmiths are amazing to deal with. Their communication is excellent, they arrive when they say they will, and they perform the required job to a very high standard. Throughout the process, they kept me informed about what had broken and the solution to resolve the issue. They are definitely my go-to locksmith in the Ipswich area. Thanks again, team, for doing such a great job in a very responsive manner.
