We were very impressed with the service and professionalism of Baden and River City Locksmiths. We had a TTL Smart Lock installed at a rental property and Baden could not have been more helpful. He came out to the property to install the lock and due to a delay at the electricity company the electricity was not working. He was so patient and well mannered in circumstances that were undoubtedly frustrating. Baden fitted the Smarl Lock and then later when the electricity was working he took our call on his drive home on a Friday evening (in his own time) and talked us through the connection process and it worked like a charm. He was both knowledgeable and personable and a delight to work with. We will definitely use Rivercity Locksmiths in the future. Oh and not only did Baden provide an excellent locksmith service but he also recommended a fabulous restaurant, (The Sands, Cleveland) which we really enjoyed. He is a man of many talents - so thanks for that too.

Phenomenal service, cut me a new key for my bike from a supplied OEM blank, was well priced fast and the key looked perfect. The nice guy even took the time to cut a generic blank before cutting my supplied one to ensure it would work before cutting my OEM one. Will be taking all future keys here to be cut.

Excellent service. Sorted out our front door lock while we waited. Extra keys they cut all worked perfectly. Highly recommended.
