Excellent service! Extremely grateful for the help when we were locked out of our property. Went above and beyond to assist us to minimise cost - a truly honest service. Prompt response even on a weekend and upfront cost of service was provided immediately - we really appreciate the transparency. I highly recommend W G Lockservice.

I had an excellent experience with Ben from W G Lockservice. He supplied and installed a new residential leverset to my internal garage door and I couldn't be happier with the result. Ben arrived early, waited patiently until I got home, and provided professional advice throughout. He took the time to show me how to use the new lock and made sure the area was clean before he left. I really appreciated the attention to detail and customer service. Highly recommended to anyone needing a reliable and professional locksmith!

Ben was at my place within 15 minutes of the call. I had a very difficult lock, other lock smiths have struggled with before. He handled it with professionalism and didn't give up and his pricing was the best in the area. He also took the time to put my cat door back on Thanks Ben

Old school advertising does still work. Ben left his card in our letter box and I put it on the fridge - y'know just in case. Sure enough, got home last week from a massive driving day out with the dog and partner. Unlock the front security door and the whole bloody lock falls out having snapped in half. Remembered Ben's card on the fridge. Called him and he actually answered the phone -INCREDIBLE!!! Happened to be in the area and was at our apartment in 15 minutes. Fixed the lock, stuck to the quoted price, was gone in half an hour. If ALL trades people could be this bloody professional, efficient and reliable I'd have more hair left. HIGHLY 100% recommended.
