Ben arrived early, waited patiently until I got home, and provided professional advice throughout. He took the time to show me how to use the new lock and made sure the area was clean before he left. Old school advertising does still work. Ben left his card in our letter box and I put it on the fridge - y'know just in case. Sure enough, got home last week from a massive driving day out with the dog and partner. Unlock the front security door and the whole bloody lock falls out having snapped in half. Remembered Ben's card on the fridge. Called him and he actually answered the phone -INCREDIBLE!!! Happened to be in the area and was at our apartment in 15 minutes. Fixed the lock, stuck to the quoted price, was gone in half an hour. If ALL trades people could be this bloody professional, efficient and reliable I'd have more hair left. HIGHLY 100% recommended.
