How do I claim my business profile on SureQuote?

Open your profile on SureQuote, choose "Is this your business? Claim or Remove it here", then "Claim this profile". Claiming is free, and you pay only for the leads you choose.

  1. Find your business on SureQuote and open its profile.
  2. Choose "Is this your business? Claim or Remove it here", then "Claim this profile".
  3. Create your trade account with an email and password, or sign in with Google.
  4. Check your business name, ABN, email, website, address and phone.
  5. Confirm your email and Australian mobile with the codes we send.
  6. Show you run the business: enter the code we send to the email or phone on your listing, or upload your trade licence, insurance certificate, or an invoice showing the business name and ABN.
  7. Pick your trades, services and the suburbs you work in.

What do I need to get the Trusted tier?

You need proof you run the business, a verified ABN, a trade and a service area, plus a verified licence, current public liability insurance, warranty terms, a profile photo, a work photo, a logo and every Business Profile field filled in. The status card on your dashboard shows what's left.

What Trusted gets you

  • Your lead fee is 1.25% of the job's estimated value, instead of 1.5%.
  • Your rebate on a lost job is 25%, instead of 20%.

What does my SureQuote business profile show to homeowners?

Homeowners see your business name, suburb, trades, photos, bio, service areas, contact buttons and any rating and reviews. Your street address, pricing tier, leads and wallet stay private.

  • your suburb, the year the business started and its size
  • the trades you offer
  • buttons to call, text, email or visit your website, plus your social links
  • your work photos and before-and-after pairs

How do I remove my business from SureQuote?

Open your business profile on SureQuote, choose "Is this your business? Claim or Remove it here", then "Remove this listing", and confirm with your business email. Once you confirm, we remove your listing from homeowner searches and you get no new leads.

Remove an unclaimed listing

  1. Open your business profile on SureQuote.
  2. Choose "Is this your business? Claim or Remove it here", then "Remove this listing".
  3. Enter your business email: the email on the listing, or an address on your website's domain.
  4. Enter the code we send you, or click the link in the email.

Remove a listing you've claimed

  1. In your trade dashboard, open Settings and choose Delete account.
  2. Check what happens to your business, then type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and select Delete account.

When your business closes, its public listing is removed.

Does unsubscribing from SureQuote emails remove my listing?

No. When you unsubscribe, you only stop getting those emails, and your listing stays on SureQuote. To take the listing down, open your profile and choose "Remove this listing".

With a trade account, you choose which emails you get in your notification settings.
