How much does a lead cost?
A lead costs 1.5% of the job's estimated value on Base, 1.25% on Trusted and 1.0% on Pro, never more than $300, plus GST. You see the price before you buy, and you only pay for the leads you choose, with no joining fee, subscription, lock-in or commission.
Examples on Base, before GST
- $500 job: $7.50
- $1,000 job: $15.00
- $6,000 job: $90.00
- $20,000 job or more: $300
Pay less per lead
Trusted and Pro businesses pay a lower percentage on every lead. See what you need for the Trusted tier.
How is the estimated job value on a lead worked out?
We base it on the homeowner's answers about the job and our pricing data for that kind of work. It's a guide only: your lead price is a percentage of it, and you set your own price for the work.
How do I top up my SureQuote wallet?
An owner or admin can top up in Wallet in your trade dashboard. Pick $20, $50, $100, $200 or $500, or enter your own amount, and pay by card. You pay the amount plus GST, and the full amount before GST lands in your wallet as credit, ready to spend on leads.
How to top up
- Open Wallet in your trade dashboard.
- Pick an amount, or choose Custom and enter anything from $1 to $10,000 before GST.
- Press the buy button, for example "Buy $50 credits".
- Pay by card on the secure checkout page. You can add your ABN there so it appears on your tax invoice.
- Your credit shows in the wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed.
A $50 top-up costs $55.00 including GST and adds $50.00 of credit. You'll need a verified email address to top up.
What your wallet shows
- Available to spend: what you can use on leads right now.
- Paid credits: credit you've bought. You can ask for a refund of unused paid credit at any time within 24 months of buying it.
- Bonus credits: promotional credit from us. It's spent first and isn't refundable.
Anything set aside, like a payment in progress or a refund request, shows separately until it's released.
Who can top up
Owners and admins top up, see wallet activity and ask for refunds. Members can see the balance and spend it on leads. If a member runs low, they can ask an owner or admin to top up, or pay for a lead by card.
You stay in control
Your card is only charged when someone in your business tops up or buys a lead by card. There's no subscription, and credit never expires.
