Tones Solar & Electrical Devonport

We recently had Tones Electrical upgrade our solar system and couldn’t be happier with the result. Daniel’s knowledge and understanding of solar was excellent. I had a lot of questions about panel layout, export limits, MPPT trackers and future expansion, and he explained everything clearly and logically. He wasn’t just trying to upsell — he focused on designing the right system for our actual usage. Installation was smooth, professional and tidy, and the system is performing exactly as expected. I really appreciated the honest advice and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Came home from a weekend away and had an annoying power fault. Rang tones and service was prompt, on time, and problem sorted very efficiently. They were able to then complete other jobs that had been hanging around for ages. The biggest shock was when the bill came as was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was. Over a couple of visits to home I met 3 of their tradies and all were excellent to deal with. Recommended highly.

Hot water service problems the owner and another electrician checked it out and told us to ring rinnia as it was leaking its under warranty and Daniel worked on our shed when first built for power and his young electrician was a very lovely guy as well recommend them . If need electrician go to tones electrical good people highly recommended .They will be doing our electrical work from now on they also do cleaning of heat pumps . Please give them a go highly recommended .

Ben was a “dog with a bone” re a warranty issue with cooktop. He chased up and achieved a fantastic result for us. We also asked Ben to put an additional LED light in the garage and to reposition the light switch to a much more logical and practical position We can’t rate Ben’s customer service any higher - a top tradesman with an engaging personality. A credit to his employer Thank you Ben Grant and Susan 😊

Hi!. Ben has just finished installing my New heat pump?. He has done an amazing job. He approaches his work very professionally!!. All mess cleaned up & things put back in place. It was a pleasure to meet him. Don't lose this Guy??. 10/10. Well deserved. 👍 Cheers.
