After swapping out our old electrical contractor, due to various reasons, we chose M5 Electrical to quote some work at our residence. From the very outset this was a great experience with a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable person, booking David to come out to discuss our needs. Within a few days we had our quote, which was very reasonable. The work was carried out by a very competent tech within the time quoted. M5 Electrical did great work for me fitting power points lights and smoke detectors. Staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They had no problem working around other trades and I am very pleased with the results. I highly reccomend this business.

5 out of 5 stars is not enough for the brilliant service in every aspect that this company gives. Communication, promptness, discussion/suggestions, workmanship, tidiness of work area. Cannot fault them in any way. Highly recommend and would use them every time. They sure could teach a lot of tradesmen/businesses how to be customer focused. Well done
