I was having some major issues with my solar system in my newly purchased Winnebago after torrential rain in Queensland two years ago. A friend recommended ICM. Ian and his team, took the time to go through the whole system and modernise it. With top of the range solar panels now, correct cabling, smart solar controllers, inverters, batteries etc. I then spent nine months in Tasmania through the winter, without any issues with power whatsoever. ICM definitely have bigger Fish to fry, than just a bloke in a Winnebago. Nevertheless, the effort that they put in, as well as following up from a customer service standpoint, was second to none.
