Legends, called to have my underground services surveyed, they organised the quote, did a brilliant job, mapped the whole property thoroughly. Worth every penny. Don’t risk it, if you are doing earthworks, get Powermate out before you dig.

Recently had Powermate come out to repair and upgrade storm-damaged supply cable and meter and switch/circuit breaker boxes. This has been a long and stop/start process beginning Boxing Day 2023, with me seeking quotes from electrical contractors since mid-last-year. BIG delays in first needing to replace the storm-damaged roof pushed this whole electrical works process back till this year, so you can imagine my delight, and relief, to see real progress after over 13 months! After the NIGHTMARE that was the roof job last year, it was so awesome to see Chris and Jayson from Powermate on-site right on 0730 Monday, AS advised, and GETTING into it! Conversation and communication with these Gents was enjoyable, respectful and very informative, for a process I STILL wasn't sure how would proceed. At any rate, these guys erected and mounted the long section of 3-phase cable, removed and replaced and earthed the old asbestos external meter panel/box, and removed and replaced the old fuse/switch box under house with an upgraded circuit breaker/switch panel. All was done within 1&1/2 days! Looking forward to Energex now doing their bit ASAP to get us hooked up to power, once again! Thanks to Cassie and Lyn(?) also, for taking my ongoing calls, answering my endless Qs, and for keeping me informed of the timings and process!
