From start to finish the service was excellent. Kate made the process seamless with clear communication — from arranging the quote, locking in a date and time, to confirming the job details. Matt and Jai did an outstanding job installing 6 x power points (including an outdoor and one into kitchen tiles) and 4 x TV brackets (with one outdoors). The quality and care in their work was excellent, and they were both professional and courteous throughout. As a 20-year Army Veteran, Matt brings a level of discipline, precision, and service that really shows in the final result. What impressed me even more was seeing the time he invested in developing Jai as his apprentice and the strong team approach they applied to the job. I’m a big supporter of employing veterans to thank them for their service, and Matt is a great example of the value they bring to the community. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with Matt and Kate's service. Kate has been kind and very responsive to my emails and requests for rebooking. Matt has been punctual, honest and reasonably priced for his services. He installed new dining and exterior lights and ceiling fans, and we are very satisfied with his work. We feel very lucky to have a local trusted electrician and we will continue using his expertise to install new lights and improve the ambience of our house.

We are very happy with the work carried out by Matt and his team. We had new 3 way fittings installed in our bathrooms. Matt visited us and discussed the options before quoting. We went with his suggestion that gave us a better result. Matt gave us a very fair quote and said that Katie would send us the written quote for our confirmation.
