In our latest project he picked up and corrected mistakes made by the original electricians on the building and has saved us from further expense and disappointment in the long run. I love it when you find a business that becomes your "go-to" for a particular thing. LightHeart is an exemplary business operated to perfection in many ways that others would do well to at least attempt to emulate. From quoting to booking, the process is seamless with zero ambiguity in the scope of works and pricing. Matt gets the jobs at hand done effectively, and nothing short of perfection, raising your expectations by an order of magnitude where you are guaranteed disappointment if you were to go back to someone else. Not once will he take calls during the scoped works as Kat handles all the business side also to perfection to her credit. The bonus here is that they are both pleasant to interact with in person, on the phone or chat. I wish I had "before" shots of the many things Matt has addressed for my home in recent months, I cannot articulate and reiterate enough, the experience of realising poor/unsafe workmanship you will have accepted as the status quo until you've had LightHeart sort it out for you and detail the consequences and technical nuances of said workmanship in a simple manner.
