Going down the solar information rabbit hole can be an exhausting and confusing experience. I was recommended Sun People by some friends who had a great experience so I called them and three other companies. After comparing apples with apples, Sun People were by far the most competitive and there was always someone I could speak with if I had any questions. They completed my job ahead of schedule and Matilda at the office was especially helpful with all of my follow-up questions. Phil from SunPeople was the only quoting installer to come to our house prior to providing a quote. This meant we had confidence the quote would be realistic, the installation wouldn’t hit unforeseen obstacles and that SunPeople were serious about doing business with us. We also had a very old asbestos metre board which needed to be replaced prior to the installation to avoid problems later with supply. Phil pointed this out to us. We knew where all parts of the system would be located too. All of this meant a quality on time installation using the components we had selected with SunPeople’s advice. Everyone involved from the office to the site could not have been more professional, helpful and polite. The complete job was done on time and we were encouraged to seek advice and support for anything to do with our system and supply after the job was done. We cannot recommend SunPeople highly enough.
