Very happy with the installation. Was a nice neat installation and didn't take long to organise. I got 32kw battery and 7.8kw solar and after a day the system seems to be 100%full before lunch i am using about 25% of the battery throught the night. Nathan is very knolagable and helpfull a a pleasure to deal with

Nathan and the crew from NBD solar installed a 10 kw battery and 6kw solar panel system on my home . The crew were punctual and professional. The work was carried out to a high standard, its so nice to see a tradesman who has pride in their work . All exposed cabling was in a protective shroud and everything was set up level. All debris and rubbish was removed by the crew . And when there was an issue with the configuration of the system nathan returned to site to sort ot out . I would recommend them and would happily use them to install additional batteries or panels . My electricity bills have dropped to less than $1 a day , gotta be happy with that .

After making five appointments with ShineHub on the fifth attempt I met Nathan and his work mate Nathan was very helpful when they came to install our solar batteries and inverter as I was given the incorrect information on how much room the batteries required when they were to be installed Nathan explained the reasons very clearly and he sensed my frustration and when I explained that today was the fifth attempt for us to have the batteries installed He apologized but I told him it wasn’t his fault Once Nathan gave me the correct specifications for how much room was required, I told him that I would make the necessary adjustments I messaged Nathan that evening to let him know that I had carried out the adjustments and asked when he would be available He replied that he would be come back the next day and install the batteries and inverter Nathan and his work mate arrived the next day and carried out the installation, connection and insured that the system was functioning correctly and that ShineHub and Hinen were receiving the correct information and data from our inverter Early in February 2026 we had an issue with our Hinen App and after three days of not being able to access the Hinen App I contacted Nathan who explained to me that Hinen had or was updating their App and said it should be back in a few days After five more days the Hinen App was still not working so I contacted Nathan again Nathan then from his home office assisted me over the phone to carry out a fault finding test on various sections of the system When no issues were found and/or detected he said he would raise a system issue complaint with ShineHub Nathan did this in his own time! I received an email that night and then the next day a phone call and I was able with the assistance of Max from the Sydney Hinen office find and fix the Hinen issue and we now have the Hinen App functioning correctly I would recommend Nathan and his company very highly for any electrical and solar work
