We recently had Rapid Sparky out and honestly could not be happier with the experience. We dealt with Jordan who was friendly, responsive, and very professional from the first message right through to completion. Jordan and his team came in and modernised our unit with high quality products and fittings. They arrived on time, got straight into it, and completed everything promptly and to a really high professional standard. You can tell the whole team takes pride in their work. We also really appreciated the clear, itemised quote. It was transparent and straightforward with no messing around or unexpected surprises. It is not always easy to find trades you feel completely comfortable with (and we did our research!), but we would happily recommend Rapid Sparky to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy electrical work. Michael and Dayne have just installed a ceiling fan and their service was friendly, efficient and professional. They went out of their way to be helpful. A great experience from beginning of the quote to getting the job done, all in a very timely and efficient manner. Highly recommend.

Jordan who attended our home to complete a quote at our rental property for installation of fans and down lights, was very professional and thorough. He clearly explained what work would be carried out, how long it would take, and once the landlord approved the works, he booked us in promptly for the following week. The two electricians who completed the installation (I believe their names were Jay and Dane) were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and time-efficient. They did a fantastic job, worked quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. Overall, we were very happy with the process and the quality of the work completed- would recommend to anyone looking for an electrician.
