Had two new reverse cycle units installed and am very impressed. Supplying me with brochures of the units and a pen was a great touch at the appointment, and after lots of Googling the different units quoted by other companies - I decided on the Panasonic. The quote of three was the best too. Installation was quick and the two guys were very professional and clean. The whole process from initial contact to payment was smooth. Having a land line phone number that contacts a helpful person straight away is a great way to do business. I highly recommend Rapidcool Air Conditioning. Will be using them to keep the units operating at peak.

I had the annual service done. The fellow who did it turned up at the allocated time. I felt he did a thorough job, checking everything I wanted done. He took his time in the job and didn't rush through it. I thought the price charged was fair. I will be doing the service again next year with Rapidcool. Overall, quite satisfied.

We had Logan from Rapidcool Air conditioning and Electrical attend our premises and do a service on our mitsubishi Air Conditioner. Logan was very friendly and did a thorough service.
