Paul came out to install another antenna connection in my home. He came on time, was polite and courteous and friendly. He was quick, efficient and did a fantastic job. Paul's response time was super quick (considering the time of year between Xmas and NYE) and his workmanship excellent. Paul accepted our work scope - to install a new antenna, improving our TV reception. I requested a reschedule which he agreed too, despite the short time frame and showed up at the agreed time. His service was outstanding, he was very amenable and knew his product well, installing the antenna in a very short time frame. He ensured that our system was safe and in particular changed out a degraded component to ensure the best chance of system reliability, and explaining why it was important. To his word the price stayed the same even though he came across problems that was no fault off his own and made a second trip back on a Saturday to have it working perfectly.
