Really impressed with the service from Solark’s electricians! They arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and did a great job installing our pendant light. What stood out was their attention to detail—they offered to check our smoke alarms and aircon filters without being asked, and took the time to ask if there was anything else we needed help with. I mentioned a couple of small issues (our hot water system and a loose outdoor GPO), and they made note of everything and said they’d be in touch to organise a follow-up. It’s rare to come across tradespeople who are this thorough and thoughtful. Highly recommend them!

I can highly recommend Solark as a solar installer. From my initial conversations with Jack where he patiently answered all of my questions and helped me choose the right system for our needs, through to Luke and his team onsite doing the install, the entire process has exceeded my expectations.

We received communication the morning of our install and the team arrived early and ready to work. At all times throughout the day, Jack and his crew were friendly, well mannered and problem solved several tricky situations for us. They were exceptionally tidy (cleaning up after themselves - huge bonus!) and finished the job far quicker than they anticipated. My husband and I were VERY impressed with the quality of work completed and the positive attitude of all the workers on site. In fact, we've locked them in to do our exterior lighting too! SolArk Electrical installed a Sigenergy solar and battery system on our house for us. They were extremely punctual and kept us in the loop the whole way through the process.
