From start to finish these guys are on their game. They promptly came back to me with a very reasonable quote which included a quality inverter & panels. The installation happened soon after by their own crew, they worked carefully & efficiently giving us a nicely finished fit out. Everyone I dealt with along the way were pleasant & professional.

After getting many quotes from several solar panel installers, we found Quest to be the best in terms of professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge. They explained the system in detail, and outlined the various alternatives. On installation day, their team worked efficiently and safely, and followed some specific requests I had regarding placement of the panels on our roof. Ours was not an easy install, particularly the layout of the power cables, but every detail was carried out according to plan. The work was carried out on time, and we are very happy with the result. Great experience - excellent service from initial enquiry until after installation. We had an old system and were considering installing a new 6.6 kW system. From our first contact with Moe at Quest Electrical, the service was outstanding - professional, timely, nothing was too much trouble to answer our questions. The price was competitive and we were confident that Quest would do a good job. Communication was great and the installation was arranged and carried out smoothly by Michael and his team. The system has been achieving the anticipated output since Nov. We appreciate having the Fronius Smart Meter which allows us to see real time energy consumption alongside energy production.

Have had panels installed recently. Of all the solar providers to choose from I went with Quest because of the products available and because of their ethics of having in house staff (rather than subcontracting out). I am glad I did. Cameron and Shane completed the install, they were excellent to deal with, they were really professional.
