Highly recommend! Damien replaced our old/broken air conditioning system in our apartment. We had seen him work on another apartment in our building and we liked his friendly, approachable & professional manner. He and his team were absolutely awesome. The team at Optimum Electrical and Air are fantastic. They provided a prompt service with a very competitive price. They did a great job with removing our existing reverse cycle air conditioner as well as two split systems. We were not home when they removed the old and installed the new Daiken reverse cycle - I wouldn’t have known they’d been here. The tradesmen did a great job cleaning up after the installation. Fantastic work. Highly recommend.

We used Optimum for our whole-house ducted system install (replacing an old one). Damien and his team were wonderful to deal with, and we could not be happier with our new system! The guys did a perfect job of installing it despite our old house with not-quite-straight ceilings. The AC is just fabulous. Optimum were recommended to us after we had booked with another company who cancelled our booking at the last minute (in late November!), so Optimum saved us from the summer heat, and I couldn't recommend them more! We have dealt with many tradies over recent years whilst renovating and I don't know if I've ever written such a glowing review before. Thanks guys!!

With summer rapidly approaching, and having only recently moved into our new property, we took the opportunity to seek assurances that our ducted cooling and reverse-cycle air conditioning systems were in good working order.
