MKA Electrical

I recently hired Mohamed from MKA Electrical for electrical work at my home in Kew and couldn’t be happier with the result. Mohamed carried out extensive work throughout the house including installing 14 new light fixtures, adding 7 new power points, replacing several old switches that were worn out and no longer working properly, and fixing my bathroom exhaust fan. He also noticed that my smoke alarms were out of date and replaced those as well, which I really appreciated. One of the things that stood out most was how careful he was while working in the house. I’ve just had new floors and fresh paint done, and he took great care moving ladders and equipment around so nothing was damaged. Several of the installations were heavy chandeliers and decorative light fittings, and Mohamed made sure they were properly secured to the ceiling joists / structural timbers in the roof, so everything is safely and professionally installed. He also took the time to meticulously hang all the crystals on the chandeliers, which must have been incredibly tedious but makes such a difference to how beautiful they look. The job took several days and he was incredibly thorough. The pricing was also very reasonable considering the amount of work involved. I’m absolutely thrilled with how the lighting has transformed the house, the fixtures look incredible and completely change the feel of each room. Mohamed is based in Reservoir but came out to Kew for the job, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for a reliable electrician in Kew or surrounding suburbs, I would highly recommend MKA Electrical. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future electrical work.
