Jacob and the team were very professional, polite and easy to work with. I had extensive requirements including a IXL light fitting, smart mirrors, many multi-GPO swap outs, new GPOs in several rooms, replacement external lights and pendant installations. The workmanship was high quality and the guys were friendly and good conversationalists. If you want a great job done at a reasonable price in fast order, go with JEN Electronical you cant go wrong.

I had a great experience with Jacob Navosa from Jen Electrical. He quickly identified that the issue with my lights was due to faulty fittings and explained everything clearly so I could understand. He also installed my replacement oven, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Jacob’s knowledge and expertise were very reassuring, but what stood out most was his excellent communication, customer service, and friendly personality. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such great people skills. I highly recommend Jacob and will definitely be using his talents for future work.

Really appreciate the work undertaken by Jacob - installing an EV charger into the car port of my apartment building. From the beginning the process was made clear and completed with courtesy: starting with the initial inspection and quotation (which was quoted at the start and did not change at completion). The work was undertaken in a short time frame, mess was cleaned up and Jacob didn't leave until we had tested it with my car and ensured the settings on the charger were enabling enough electricity through to the car. Really pleased and will use again for future work.

Jacob has been fantastic. He is reliable and knowledgeable. He fixed the height of a linear pendant light and installed a beautiful pendant light in the dining room. Highly recommended
