I called Jim's to seek help for an electrical problem that had resulted in us losing power in the kitchen including all electrical appliances. Within a minute, Jay called back to say he was on another job in another suburb but would be at our place within an hour. He arrived in about 45 minutes and in under half an hour was able to establish what the problem was, fix it and do all the necessary checks to make sure we were all good to go. He was professional, friendly and knew his stuff. We'd have no hesitation in using Jay again as our first point of call for anything electrical.

We had an issue in our building where we couldn't connect our server to our router on the other side of the building. Jay came in and very quickly installed cabling along our roof so that we could connect physically and not via WiFi. Now our workload is quicker than ever. Highly recommend Jay from Jim's Electrical!
