I was recommended Brandon Services when my tenants hot water system broke and dealt with Justin. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and helped replace the hot water system within 24 hours at the tenants convenience. He was friendly and personable and clearly communicated and explained all the information/updates as needed.(and was very understanding that I was trying to organise all of this during my work day) Would absolutely recommend if you require a quality and reliable repair or installation.

Great service & clear communication A+ Our Stiebel Hot water unit had stopped working and we were put in contact with Brandon Services by a friend who had a similar issue. We received an email with clear details regarding pricing and this was followed up with SAME DAY SERVICE!! Very impressed! The Tradesman was friendly and knew exactly what the problem was. He had our hot water working beautifully in no time at all.

Friendly, flexible, kind. I'm a renter so had two guys come around for an electrical safety check. Scheduling a time for them to come was a total breeze, even though I had to reschedule once. I really appreciated the relaxed nature of the person on the phone each time they called, I felt bad for having to move it around / missing calls but their "no dramas" attitude totally put me at ease. When they did come, they were friendly, professional and didn't make me feel judged for having a sort of cluttered house 😂 they also gave me some super helpful generalised advice I needed about some odd jobs around the house. Friendly and kind service really makes all the difference. 5 stars for everyone I spoke to!
