Very happy with the service from Pronto. Prompt, efficient, and great communication. Bruno took great care to cover the holes left from the old system, and the team left no mess behind. My new split system was quoted and installed within a week, just in time for summer.

Bruno arrived after my initial enquiry next day on time to do quote with quote received almost immediately by email.Job booked in and staff member arrived early to install split system which was perfect for me. He worked really hard, thoroughly cleaned up after himself and did a demo. Old unit disposed of by another member of team shortly thereafter. Nadia in the office also very efficient and answered my questions. Prices very reasonable. Fabulous team of people and so glad I utilised their service.

These guys are awesome. They replaced our existing vented heating system with a heat/a/c unit, and it works great. They are an awesome team, easy to work with, and do great work. They listened to our needs, and made great suggestions for my home. The end result is very neat, tidy, and quiet. I highly recommend this small business.
