I reached out to Chris as the LED lights in our hardware store room were beginning to blow. He managed to source the replacement lights and get a crew out to install within 24 hours. The result is a completely different space - not only is it now easier for picking orders, but its also a lot more appealing for customers to walk through and have a look. Couldn't be happier!

After dealing with another company that left me hanging for six weeks - Chris made my job a priority, had excellent communication skills and even scheduled to have my intercom installed while I was away on holiday through my buildings body corp! Amazing service. Chris returned my call after 5 mins on a Sunday. He promised to see if he could send a tradesman around as Chris was Away, with 30 minutes in had appointment set. His colleague came, did an amazing job of sourcing what was triggering our safety switch in a brand new home. All sorted and bill was nowhere as bad as I was expecting for an emergency call out.
