Excellent, prompt communication while I was enquiring about a quote and booking via text. I made a tentative booking for the next day and they text me with the offer to do the job that afternoon as the technician was ahead of time. Got a call from the tech to say on the way and a text confirming this too. The tech arrived and was happy to answer questions and explain the issue with the Ice maker and water dispenser in my fridge. The work was done within an hour and he was neat and tidy. Explained the cause and how he resolved it and showed videos too. When finished he was happy to take a quick look at another appliance and offer advice on what was required to fix it. Payment was quick and easy online and the job was well priced. Will definitely call on this company again and can highly recommend! Very happy with the service, price, advice, speed and attention to detail... and what a lovely polite technician too. Greatly appreciated! 5 Stars :)

Bosch front load washer had a failed Drain Pump and required replacement. Platinum Services SA were wonderful from the start, I was impressed with the communication throughout out the process, could not fault whatsoever! Jamie the technician was professional and well organised. No hesitation to recommend to others.

Patrick and Shaun have completed a tough job re fitting a Elica Downdraft into my new kitchen the first downdraft was faulty. The job was finished with care and expertise! Highly recommend this service. They also kept me fully updated with an arrival time.

I had been referred to Platinum Services SA by Breville for repair to my espresso machine under warranty. The communication and professionalism of Platinum Services SA is second to none. From the time my repair work was booked in, right up until the end, I received regular information and updates about the progress of my repair, and even when it was time to collect my machine, they even included their opening hours in with the notification message, so that it was very easy to collect my machine. The entire process was quite impressive, just over 24 hours after dropping my machine off for repair, my repair was complete! Small touches added to the perfect service, like using a magnetic sticker to identify my machine, rather than an adhesive sticker which would have been a pain to remove. I’d highly recommend going to Platinum Service SA for any appliance repair work, irrespective of in warranty or out of warranty. Thanks for the fantastic service!

recently had my Hisense Smart TV looked at by Platinum Services SA. Unfortunately, due to the TV being from another region, they weren’t able to fix the issue. However, I was really impressed with the effort they put in — they tried their best, explained the situation clearly, and even dismissed the charges as it was a learning curve for their team. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism, and it gives me confidence knowing I can rely on their great service in the future. Highly recommend!
