I contacted Deionno Electrical & Solar following advice from the Solar Quotes website run by Finn Peacock in Nov 2025. My wife was going through some difficult and sudden medical issues shortly after contacting them. Jake was extremely accomodating with appointments that had to be cancelled and rescheduled. Once we finally got together I had a feeling of comfort with Jake as he prepared the quote and explained the equipment and alternatives to me. Alex and his installation crew were fantastic, the inverter and battery install looks super and I was surprised and impressed with the bollard installed to protect the battery from potential damage, I never would have thought they would go to that level. The removal of the old panels and the placing of new panels on the roof went without a hitch. Once installation was complete Alex took me through installing the Sungrow iSolarCloud application on my phone and explained all of the details in the meter box and the placement of labels in case of any emergencies.

I can’t recommend this company enough! From start to finish the whole experience has been first class. The sales rep was full of information, very professional and very helpful with explaining the process from start to finish. The admin team were fantastic with the scheduling and follow up emails. The installation was flawless and done exactly as planned. They had to remove existing inverter and replace with my new battery system and the new installation was better than the original.

From start to finish the process flowed to Perfection & on time, no pressure sales pitches or spin, just Good Old Customer Service, Installation was seamless and the guys did a Fantastic job and left the site Spotless. We had a good experience with Deionno Electrical and Solar. Everyone we have connected with has been friendly, professional and helpful, including for quoting, booking the install, the actual install and invoicing. The team who did the install were punctual and friendly. They look to have done a great job with the panels, inverter and battery and it all looks neat and tidy. They cleaned up after themselves. They checked in with me throughout the day and then explained how to use the app to monitor the system. They also showed me a photo of where the panels were. We have received a few check in messages to make sure everything is working well which makes us feel like valued customers not just a number.

I’ve just had my solar panels installed by Deionno. I was very happy with their service. The guys were polite, friendly and honest. When they first came over to remove the old panels they saw that the tiles underneath were damaged and were reluctant to continue fearing that further damage would happen later on. They organised a roofer who fixed my roof and came back to finish the job. They cleaned up after and helped me with getting the app to work. Great and quick communication. If you are looking to get solar panels I highly recommend this company.
