Generate Energy

We had our batteries added through generate energy. From getting the quote, the process up to the completion of the installation was very professional. Brett called me to ask questions, and did a thorough over the phone check before quoting two options. They applied the rebate for me and did the SA power networks approval bit for me as well. They sent a technician to do pre site inspections and on the day of installation two technicians attended the site and completed their work pretty fast. They did a really neat job and cleaned up the workspace too. Really decent and professional folks to work with. I had a ln sms channel to communicate with the admins at generate energy which is as pretty convenient too. Very happy to have the installation scheduled on a time that was good for me. I got a pretty looking sigenergy app to do monitoring and configuration which is convenient. Technician gave a good run down of how it works and put my water heater through the smart gateway so I don't run it unnecessarily over night costing money. Highly recommend generate energy for solar installations and general electrical work.

Used GNR8NRG to install new heat pump hot water, induction stove top and ev charger. Daniel and his crew did fantastic job and were truly professional. Left site clean and everything is working correctly. Could not be happier. Would definitely recommend them if you have any electrical work

Installing battery showed faults with previous installation (different company). Issues remedied with no fuss, installer explained installation procedure. Efficient. Office backup was simple and well explained. Issues with previous installation explained simply and remediation was good.
