  I had a fantastic experience with Wire-Not Electrical from start to finish. The whole process from my initial phone call, to the in-person quote, booking, and completion of the work was smooth, organised and stress-free. I’ve been working with multiple trades whilst preparing my home for sale, and Wire-Not were by far the easiest and most professional company to deal with. Their workmanship was excellent and everything was handled efficiently. The staff are friendly, professional and reliable which made a big difference during an already busy time. Pricing was clear with no hidden charges, which I really appreciated. The business owner, Andrew, is hands-on and came highly recommended by a friend who had previously used their services.   My first appointment with Wire-Not was fantastic! I cannot recommend them highly enough. The electrician was early and waiting patiently when I arrived home. He worked efficiently and explained everything clearly. Everyone I have spoken to in this company has been courteous and helpful. They responded to my request for help at short notice and provided excellent service. Their follow up has also been excellent.

  We lost our power on the Sunday and Wire-Not Electrical was recommended to us. We called and left a message as they aren't open on weekends, but within 10 minutes Andrew called and offered to come that day. We were loaned a generator, so we were able to wait until Monday for an electrician to come. Andrew rang Monday morning at 7.30 am as promised and assured me that Mark would be at my house at 10.30am. Mark arrived earlier at 9.30am and restored our power.
