Josh arrived at my parents home only time as was booked. He upgraded their safety switch and installed a ceiling fan in their lounge room. Josh installed our new aircon and was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, very professional, and just an all-round great guy! He spent the day working in the hot sun, hauling parts up and down our stairs without a single complaint. I honestly wished I could’ve turned the aircon on for him, but of course that’s what he was installing! When things didn’t quite go to plan, Josh explained everything clearly and calmly. For example, he talked us through why the outdoor unit needed to be moved to meet current compliance standards, and why the indoor system had to be lifted to prevent the leaking issues our old unit had been causing.
