I can't recommend Too Breezy enough! Aaron truly cares about his customers and it shows right throughout the business. The true jewel of the company has to be Melinda! I rang after having another air con company out and being told I had to replace my leaking air con and was looking at over $3500 which just wasn't an option. Instantly Melinda was warm, professional and reassured me they would look after me, even guiding me on what to ask for when the previous company had not provided a report of their findings. She was understanding that a new unit wasn't an option. Within 24 hours I had Aaron reach out confirming they could in fact repair it costing 1/5 of a new unit, outlining all my options and was confident the cheapest option for me would do the job. They kept me updated while they ordered the parts and had it sorted asap. I had 2 of the guys attend today (so sorry I forgot your names but stormi won't forget the pats!), they arrived on time, got straight into it, left the area spotless and my air con running like brand new! Thank you team, I won't be using anyone else for our home or office in future!

Too Breezy installed my first ducted system last year and it was recently serviced. I can unequivocally recommend the Too Breezy team. They work efficiently, expertly and tidy up after! We had the team from Too Breezy install our ducted air con system this week. The team were excellent. They worked extremely well as a team and the whole system was installed and running in under 6 hours !! They were knowledgeable about the system, confirmed where to place everything, cleaned up well and were just an overall great group of guys. They also went above and beyond to remove our old systems which we are very thankful for. They reassured us if we needed anything or had any problems to give them a call. Recently, we had a ducted air conditioning system installed in our home by Too Breezy. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish they were excellent to deal with. Jack thoroughly checked the system and confirmed that everything was functioning perfectly, giving us peace of mind. The team’s prompt response and genuine care really stood out – excellent after-sales service like this is rare these days. From start to finish, the whole process was stress-free. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Too Breezy and with the final result. Upon my request for a quote, Lee came out and was very generous with his time, taking me through options for additional split system installs that prioritised our wants of maximising outdoor space, and did his best to minimise the visual impact to the facade of the building. This made choosing Too Breezy a no-brainer. Lee and Sam did a fantastic job with our install. They were prompt, efficient and polite, and we are very happy with the finished result. Looking forward to a comfortable summer ahead, and they will be the only business servicing and maintaining our units going forward.
