Tom's work is well priced, he's on time, tidy, a great communicator- keeping us to to date with progress etc. Would defs recommend Buffalo to others and will certainly be having Tom quote on future works.

I had Tom out to fix a faulty air conditioner today and his service was outstanding. He took the time to make sure he explained everything he was doing, and his work was top notch. Not only that but he spotted a couple of other issues while he was here that he was also able to provide solutions for. Much appreciated, highly recommended.
