We had excellent experiences with Michael on two seperate occasions (different sites) - he is punctual, efficient and incredibly professional. Upfront and honest about pricing which is reasonable & great. He runs his own show, so no need to worry about unfamiliar employees turning up to do the work. We had Michael come out today to replace a bunch of lights in our apartment and have nothing but positive things to say. He was able to get to us earlier than originally planned, did a great job and was very reasonably priced. Will be getting more work done by river city in future. Cheers.

Wow, I have nothing but great things to say about Michael from River City Electrical! He did a phenomenal job at my new house, and also at my investment property last year. Michael showed up on time and was so friendly and professional, he did the work in a neat and timely manner, all for a great price. I will definitely use his services again for any future electrical requirements and I will be recommending him to family and friends!

Spoke to Michael on Monday, had no idea whether I was up for new fans or if they could be repaired. Michael was patient and gave me guidance on whether or not I should replace them, but also told me where to look for replacements, as well as the type of fans. He made time at short notice to do the install on Friday, messaged me 15mins out to let me know he'll be here soon, and arrived on time. He installed the fans quickly and efficiently, confirmed they all worked before leaving. Michael's way of doing business is just "easy professionalism", the kind of quality in work and communication you expect from businesses, but that so many fail to meet. 10/10 would easily go to Michael for any electrical work moving forward.

Michael did an amazing job working for us a number of times installing a ceiling fan, light, phone/DSL wiring and some other repairs. He is a friendly, efficient and reliable professional, will definitely contact him in the future if needed. Highly recommended.
