We were extremely happy with the service from 3D energy when we decided to install batteries on our existing system. From the quoting process, answering all of our questions, giving advice, designing the best system for us and then the installation process. All team members were polite, respectful and great to deal with.

Great experience all around from Matt, Louis and the team with the installation of a from-scratch solar system including battery. At no point did I feel sold into anything I didn't need. Great communication, answered all my questions promptly and with detail and kept me in the loop on what was happening when with plenty of notice. Did a roof resto at the same time and Matt proactively engaged the roofer to coordinate timing. Clean, professional installation of the system. Looks great, works great. 3D Energy will certainly be my first port of call for any other electrical work moving forward.

Very professional service with excellent technical knowledge and analysis of our needs. We upgraded our solar plant to a brilliant 20kW system on 3-phase power supply. The new system is monitored by Matt at 3D Energy and by us using the great mobile app. We are all set now for future upgrades to batteries and EV charging when the time is right, We are extremely happy with this project and in a market full of “cowboys” it is great to have confidence in the quality of materials and workmanship. Would thoroughly recommend 3D Energy for your solar upgrade.

Could not be happier. 3D came out to replace the hail damaged solar system. Everything was completed quickly and it's obvious they take pride in their work The connection to our home network came back without a problem. I'm sure they took more rubbish than they made as the place was spotless. We first met Matt 9 years ago when our original system started playing up. It wasn't until Matt showed us the scorch marks on the panels, installed by a company that disappeared into dust, along with their guarantee, that we realised how close we'd been to a fire. The system just replaced was damaged after the Brisbane November 2025 hailstorm. All our neighbours lost their systems as well. We're the only ones back up and running so far. You might save a few dollars hunting around, but you won't find a more thorough, professional company than Matt and 3D Energy.
