Joel and his team provided incredible service. We were in a bother after an electrician cut the ADSL line We booked an ACMA certified competitor who was a no show and then wanted another 6weeks for a second booking. I researched and contacted Joel at JRMT and in less than 2 days his team had re-established our ADSL and updated the wall mounts. A while back I organised for my parents for JRMT Electrical to come out and sort out some electrical issues at their house. They needed to get a new exhaust fan replaced in their bathroom and some new globes fitted under the house. Joel called in and fixed all issues in a timely manner and also added a fan capacity at switch for no extra charge. Joel quoted me for a aircon replacement in November last year. About a week later two young men came around to do the work. Their boots were coming off before I had even answered the door. They were polite, professional and asked for permission before doing anything (ie. moving furniture). They’d had to drill into the wall and I, having peaked into the room while they were outside, noticed the plaster dust on the floor. I mention this only because, at the time, I was mid kitchen renovation and had become very familiar with what some tradies leave behind at the end of the day -_-. However, I was incredibly impressed to find that Joel’s team had left the space they were working in cleaner than when they’d started! I’d also like to add: Joel had originally quoted for some other work, but unfortunately an unexpected bill came up so I’d asked if he could remove it from the quote. Joel was very understanding and re-quoted, no problem.
